Covid 19 Terms & Conditions

Due to Covid 19 We are attempting to accomodate existing bookings & new couples. The best way to do this is by both parties, myself & you working together to get a new date that suits everyone. To help I will send a photo of my full diary for you to see my available dates- However this is only valid for a short space of time due to the influx of enquiries needing to reschedule.
 

If you are cancelling your wedding at your own discretion due to the new restrictions & you choose a date I can’t do you won’t be entitled to refund of deposit-- if you have myself booked for your wedding & I have a new couple enquire for your date I would have to reject the new couple as you have booked your date via a deposit being paid by yourself to Kayleigh Scott Photography. Which means I then lose their business, then a few weeks later you choose to cancel by your own discretion. Which then means I have lost yours AND their business. This means I endure a huge loss of income.

 

 I will hold new dates for all new couples but I need to know ASAP if there is any changes.

If you have moved into 2021 the remaining fee will be due 30 days before your new date.
